We met Caroline Cook (a trainee journalist with Cardiff School of Journalism) on Saturday to talk about a feature piece Caroline wants to write about CalonY Gegin Underground. Caroline asked us lots of questions about how we became interested in cooking and food and about the underground night we're organising for March 19th: if we'd decided on the menu, the costs, where it would be held, how we are going to advertise the night. We agreed that Caroline would come to the underground night and, speak to fellow guests and then write the piece on Calon Y Gegin Underground. Apparently, we are the 1st underground restaurant in South Wales! Caroline publishes her articles at
